Workout:
3x10 Squat
3x10 KB Swing @ 53# KB
Then:
Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
One triplet every minute for 10 minutes
Then:
Work up to Heavy Front Squat
Then:
2x Front Squat @ 90% 1RM +
4-5x Depth Jump
Five Sets, Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
Then:
Cool Down
