Then:
Work up to Heavy Front Squat
Then:
5x2 Front Squat @ 80% 1RM
Rest 3 minutes between sets
Then:
10x Goblet Squat @ 70# +
30sec Frog Hop +
30sec Rest
Ten Rounds
Then:
20x Speed Squat @ BB & 40# of Chain +
40sec Rest
Six Rounds
