5 minute Intermission (including 3rd-2min Rest period above)

12x Goblet Squat @ 70# KB +
2:00 minute Quick Step @ 10" Box +
2:00 minute Rest

Then:

Do you dig the hole and dive in headfirst or pull an excuse from your playlist of many? Maximus does a lot of the former and very little of the latter, which is the answer to that (rhetorical) question, "How can I lose/ gain/ etc?"
