Ski @ 1:50/500m pace, Ride @ 30cal/min pace + Row @ 1:45/500m pace

Long Triathlon (with Push-ups) = 24:55

Triathlon One:

During the trial run at bettering the SST record Maximus was in a waist-deep hole to start with so there wasn't quite enough nitro to do the job. But after Tommy beat his time he laid down the law. Competition can be useful.
An imperfect technique if Nordic skiing was his sport but this is how you manhandle the Ski Erg in a fitness context.
