Workout:
30x Full Moon @ 17# Bulgarian Bag +
2x 30/30 Mountain Climber with "rest" in FLR
Rest 1 minute
30x Full Moon @ 26# Bulgarian Bag +
2x 30/30 Mountain Climber with "rest" in FLR
Rest 1 minute
20x Full Moon @ 37# Bulgarian Bag +
2x 30/30 Mountain Climber with "rest" in FLR
Then:
3x5 Funky Front Squat
Two sets @ BB & 2x35-44# KB
One set @ BB & 2x35-44# & 2x26# KB (about 185# total)
Then:
3x Front Squat @ 90-95% (use chain for 30% +/- of load) +
15m Broad Jump
Five sets, rest 3-4 minutes between sets
Then:
3x30 Back Squat @ BB & 60# of chain
Rest one minute between sets
OR:
10x FSPP @ 95# +
300m Ski Erg (hard) +
2 minutes rest
Three sets
Then:
Cool down

Full Moon, Mtn Climber, Funky FS, Broad Jump, etc:
James: Funky FS @ 2x44#, and 2x35# + 2x25#, FS @ 135# + 60# chain so 155#/195#
Johnny: Funky FS @ 2x44#, and 2x35# + 2x25#, FS @ 135# + 60# chain so 155#/195#
Jason: Funky FS @ 2x44#, and 2x44# + 2x25#, FS @ 185# + 60# chain so 205#/245#
Paul: Funky FS @ 2x35#, and 2x35# + 2x25#, FS @ 115# + 60# chain so 135#/175#
Johnny, Jason and Paul did chose the 3x30 BS on the basis of deferred payment - it usually hurts way more the day after than during the actual work. James chose the FSPP and Ski Erg to finish. The choice wasn't much of a choice. Everyone pays, but some pay on layaway.


Even trying to stand still the KBs make you work. It's not as unstable as a slosh pipe but far heavier and more twitchy.
Once you start moving then they start moving and it's a party for everyone - spectators especially.
