John has also taken what I see as the necessary step of tying strength and conditioning training more precisely to the sport it is being used to prepare for. John has refined several Kettlebell movements, and the broad concepts expressed through them to specifically support the martial arts. His deep knowledge of a great variety of arts allowed him to see the universal movement patterns and to reinforce those with the KB, as well as using it for conditioning and injury prevention.
