Workout:
5 minute Max Reps at each station, 1 minute to switch between each:
Squat
Jumping Pull-up
Push-up
Ball Slam
Row (for max meters)
Score is combined total of reps and meters


Notes:

Squat, Pull, Push, Slam, Row:
Maximus
Squat = 201 reps
Jumping Pull-ups = 233 reps
Push-ups = 150 reps
Ball Slam = 100 reps
Row = 1433 meters
Total = 2118
