15x Swing to straight arm catch @ 17# Bulgarian Bag
30x Full Moon (15x each direction) @ 26# Bulgarian Bag
15x Swing to straight arm catch @ 26# Bulgarian Bag
2x20 Full Moon (10x each direction) @ 37# Bulgarian Bag
2x10 Swing to straight arm catch @ 37# Bulgarian Bag
2x20 Clean to catch behind neck & Squat @ 37# Bulgarian Bag
Then:
5x Man-Maker @ 2x15# DBs +
100m Row (SPRINT!)
Rest 2-3 minutes
Repeat @ 2x20#, 2x25#, 2x30#
Then:
Row 10 minutes @ easy pace to cool down

Most of the guys are competing in the Pan Ams this weekend so this week has been mostly easy.


Johnny did the Bulgarian Bag drill warm-up and then did 4x100m Ski Erg sprints, finishing each in 18.8 - 18.9 seconds.
