Workout:
Ride (road bike) >3 hrs, pre-fatigue then 30-60 min slow, grinding climb, sustained muscle tension


Notes:

Ride:
MFT: 57 miles, 7500' elevation gain, 4 hrs. The pre-fatigue today came from about 22 miles and 5500' of climbing. The work was done over three miles, with about two of them at a steady 15% grade. By the time I hit the top I had been well-smashed by "The Hammer of Truth". Quite happily descent followed.


From yesterday's ride: the last mile down Decker Canyon to the PCH. Sport bike heaven.
