Then:
P1: 30 sec SandBag TGU & Pass to Partner
P2: 30 sec SandBag TGU & Pass to Partner
P3: Rest
Ten Rounds
Then:
10-1 KB Clean & Front Squat Ladder
15m KB Carry between each set
Then:
P1: Sandbag TGU & Pass to Partner
P2: Burpees while Partner does TGU
4x1min sets, Full Rest between each set
Then:
Cool Down
