6x Narrow Grip Snatch +
6x Push Press +
6x Front Squat +
6x Bent-over Row +
6x Straight-leg Deadlift +
6x Clean Hi-Pull
2 sets @ 75#
2 sets @ 95#
1 set @ 115#
1 set @ 135#
Then:
5x Plank Pull (use rings, feet same height as hands) +
5x Ring Push-up +
3x FSPP (115-135# or 2x 40-50# KB/DB) +
50m Ski/Row (or 10-sec AirDyne sprint)
10 sets, Rest 30-60 seconds between each
Then:
Cool Down
