3x10 OHS @ 45#
Then:
Work up to Heavy Deadlift
Then:
5x2 Deadlift @ 90% 1RM Follow each set with 5x Box Jump @ 45" Box
Rest 4-5 minutes between sets
Then:
300sec FLR
