Then:

Rest 2 minutes
4x (20sec Work/10sec Rest) AirDyne @ >500 watt pace per work interval
Then:
10x Pull-up +
10x "Proper" Push-up +
30sec All-out on AirDyne
Five sets, Rest 3 minutes between each
Then:
Cool Down
