Three sets @ 75#
Then:
6x Weighted Lunge (3 each side) @ 2 x 70# KB +
6x Band Resisted Deep Shot in Squat Rack
10 sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
Piston Press on Bosu (Heavy) +
Pull-up
10/1, 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5, 5/6, 4/7, 3/8, 2/9, 1/10 reps
Then:
Cool Down
