I know you are a fan of a paleo diet. What about IF? Do you practice it yourself?
No to the Intermittent Fasting (IF) question. It can't possibly work for what I do.
Some of our guys have experimented with it. It is mostly a scheduling issue: if you train 8-10 times per week you cannot recover between training sessions when eating during a single 5-hour window. You also take the eating period out of play for training because you are full and/or digesting, meaning you cannot train during the feeding window or in the hours after it.
Fine for the generalist. Not if you are serious.
