Each day we post examples of the training done at Gym Jones. These workouts are prescribed to individual athletes training for specific objectives. Please view and use them accordingly.

One combo every 30sec for 15 minutes

1:00 minute Slosh Pipe Hold
Three Rounds
Then:
3:00 minute Intermission
Then:
1:00 minute AirDyne (Hard) +
1:00 minute Bear Crawl
Three Rounds
