A friend urged Rob to do this ("it's what friends do for friends") and later asked, "Does he know this reduces people to physical/emotional puddles?" I replied, "he knows but he doesn't truly KNOW." Today he found out. Asked when it started going downhill Rob said, "immediately." And that's a long ten minutes to spend inside your own head, negotiating an acceptable outcome. Survive.
The certification phase of this weekend's seminar happened today with greater attention and depth given to programming aspects and teaching. There was a test, of course, and evaluation. The following students passed with full marks and I speak for myself, Lisa and Rob when I say we are proud to have these individuals become a part of the growing Gym Jones project.
