Gym Jones UK seminar and certification

In December 2008 year Sabina Skala attended a Gym Jones seminar. Her background and perspective, her affinity with the material and ideas, and her charming personality made her one of our favorite students. Since then she has visited Gym Jones several times to do private, continuing education, which eventually led her to open a training facility in the UK with partner Cj Swaby.

More recently she suggested we teach a seminar in the UK, where familiarity with Gym Jones is much greater than we imagined. From October 22nd to 25th, 2010 we will teach four-day first degree instructor certification at the Optimal Life Fitness Training Centre in London. The following details along with registration information are posted on the CJS Fitness site here.

Gym Jones is an invitation-only training facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Together with their coaching team, which includes former-UFC fighter Rob MacDonald, founders Mark & Lisa Twight train athletes, professionals and individuals for whom fitness is critical. Gym Jones is probably the only place where you can meet five Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belts training together, plus members of US Olympic squad, NFL players, top endurance athletes and US military personnel, to name a few. Gym Jones trained the cast and stunt team for the iconic movie "300".

This is the only Gym Jones educational seminar and certification course available in the UK and outside the US. Like the training conducted at Gym Jones, the seminar is intense: a combination of lectures and practical demonstrations providing superior knowledge and skills and the ability to apply them. Places are strictly limited to maintain the correct Student:Coach ratio so you receive the best value and to assure that Gym Jones high learning standards are met.
