Not too big on stats, times and totals.
James recorded them in his little book though, I just don't ask really.
I know that when I started this joint the thought of the workouts gave me crazy anxiety!
Now... only a little anxiety, so, I keep coming back.

I have been a snowboarder for 21 years, a skateboarder for 23. It's who I am and what I know. I don't compete in contests or against anyone except myself. If I can do a better job than what I have done in the past, well... I win, for that one single moment. Then that stoke fades and I am on to the next. That's my contest.

Stair set

Sick and wrong ...

OK, 14 more times with feeling

This gap I hit probably 15 times, the hike was real steep and real long, we couldn't shuttle it with the sleds. "I went harder on this gap than any jump I have ever hit, and seriously cause of the work I had done at the gym, I knew how to give it all I had until I literally collapsed in the boot pack. Looking at these pics reminds of that pain. I love it!!!! That's were I noticed the effects of the Gym the most... My brain."

Jeremy's Quote/Motto-
"A master at the art of living makes no distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion - he hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues with excellence what he is about and leaves others to determine, whether he is working or playing. He himself always knows, he is doing both."
